Students in an economics class at the Alternative Learning Center aren’t spending all day cooped up in their classroom. Instead, they are bringing their class work to life by creating “Key City Coops,” a school business building and selling chicken coops and chicken tractors.
Students in the class have been involved in every step of creating the business including development of the logo, naming the business, designing the coops, marketing and more.
