How would you survive in the wilderness? What would you use to build a shelter, start a fire, or find food? You will learn skills for living in the wild, as well as, how various species go about it. You will go on an American Adventure within the summer exhibit and make choices along the way.

Camp is designed to introduce campers to the basic fundamentals of volleyball through skill work and drills. Camp will be led by the Senior Volleyball coaching staff. Current Senior Volleyball players will also be there to help in assisting teach skills and leading drills.

Do you like to unravel mysteries? Put your sleuthing skills to the test and solve pretend wildlife trafficking cases. You will also learn about the role of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife service in protecting species. Join us as we investigate and learn about how to keep certain species safe.

Do you have what it takes to go for the gold? We will challenge records set in the animal kingdom as we attempt to outcompete wildlife champions in a variety of events.

Camp Bear Creek is a Christian Summer Camp located in Wyoming, Iowa, just 45 minutes from Marion! We offer partial and week-long sleep away camps for kids in grades K-12. Join us for general camp programs or choose a specialty camp like Music, Arts, & Drama, Sports, Water Adventures, and more!

Tuesdays at the library all summer long will have fun activities and workshops in drawing, painting, sculpting, writing, and more. Registration is required for each program. Participants are eligible to enter for a special art-themed prize pack.

REGISTER NOW for summer camp at Ewalu Camp & Retreat Center! Programs for grades 1-12 & special needs As an accredited Lutheran-Christian outdoor ministry, Ewalu offers a variety of programs all summer for youth, guided by trained counselors. No child is turned away for reasons of financial need.

Come learn to sew on a sewing machine! You will create projects perfect for beginners; No previous sewing experience necessary. Registration is required.

The Carnegie-Stout Public Library Summer Reading Program is here! Earn prizes for reading and have fun attending a variety of fun free programs for all ages. Sign up online or in person beginning June 3rd.

Read or listen to a story with some furry friends in the first-floor Program Room. Do not bring your own pet; we provide kid-friendly dogs each month. Registration not required.

Grab your kiddos and head to the library for a morning of moving and grooving! We will listen to songs and stories, play with scarves and shakers, and have so much silly fun together. Best for ages 2 through 6, though all are welcome to attend.

Each month, participants will play a different game with other Roblox enthusiasts and tackle fun challenges together. *If you have never played Roblox before, you will need to have your parent/guardian set up your account before the program. Registration is required.

Calling all LEGO® fans! Come to the library to build, create, and have fun. The library provides the LEGOs®, and you provide the know-how! Donations of LEGOs® are appreciated. Creations will be exhibited in the library. The program will be held in the Aigler Auditorium on the 3rd floor.
