If you are looking for a camp in June to have fun, compete, and get better at basketball skills, then sign up for Hempstead Girls Basketball Youth Summer Skills Camp This will be run by the coaching staff for girls basketball for Hempstead.

FASST Flag Football league is open to all boys and girls, grades 1-6 (grade levels for 2025-2026 school year). Camp, practices and games span over 8 weeks from August 17 to October 11. Registration opens April 1 and will close when levels are full, or June 1.

These camps will focus on strength, power, mobility, flexibility, agility, and speed. From a beginner to an advanced athlete and can give them the competitive edge and readiness they need for the upcoming season.

Join the UD Cheerleaders to learn the foundations of cheer over the 3 week camp on Mondays and Thursdays. Expect to learn a cheer, dance, and stunts that will be showcased to friends/family on the last day of camp. Includes bow/t-shirt.

Athletes ages grade 4 through grade 12 can come and try diving. We will be going through front and back approaches, new dives, and proper water entry. Please bring a swim suit, towel and water bottle.
