To help support your student’s technology needs, we’re enhancing our student technology support by making it easier to submit a support request!
HOW TO SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET
Parents/guardians or students can now request support by:
Leaving a voicemail message at 563/552-3131
OR
Emailing studenttechsupport@dbqschools.org
NOTE: Before submitting a support ticket, students in the hybrid program are encouraged to first connect with a staff member during their in-school day.
In either case, please include the following REQUIRED items:
- Student’s Full Name
- Student’s School
- Description of the Problem
- Contact Information
*It is also helpful to include the type of device (iPad/laptop) and device number (located on the device barcode) if possible.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I SUBMIT A TICKET?
Once you leave a voicemail or send an email, a support ticket is generated and routed to our technology team. Technology staff members will review the support tickets and collaborate with school staff to address the issue in the fastest, most efficient way possible.
A team member will then be in touch with you to gather additional information, provide next steps for resolving your issue, or to let you know that your issue is resolved.
