Middle School Consoldiation Study

The Dubuque Community School District completed a middle school consolidation study to explore the possibility of moving from three middle schools to two, with a focus on creating feeder schools to the district’s two high schools.

The study concluded with a recommendation from the planning team in February 2023 that facilities be expanded or reconstructed at the current Washington Middle School site.
