Infinite Campus
Infinite Campus is the Dubuque Community School District’s official student information system and is designed to give families online access to their student’s academic information and a variety of other resources from the school district.
Infinite Campus is used for:
- new student enrollment
- annual registration verification
- submission of required documents and paperwork (available when completing enrollment and annual registration)
- online payments for student fees and meals
- fee waiver application (completed during the district’s annual registration process)
- free and reduced-price meals application
Information available in Infinite Campus:
- Attendance: Displays a student’s attendance history for the school year
- Grades: Displays the student’s grades for courses. (In this section the course number/section and course name link to any details in the teacher’s grade book.)
- Assignments: Displays a list of assignments and the student’s score on completed assignments.
- Reports: Provides the ability for parents to access the following:
- Default Student Schedule: Displays a printable view of the student’s schedule.
- Missing Assignment Report: Displays a printable view of assignments that the student has not yet turned in, as noted from the teacher’s grade book.
Help with accessing Infinite Campus:
- If you do not have an account, contact your home school to request access.
- If this is the first time you are logging in to Infinite Campus, you will use the default password provided by the district and will be prompted to create a new password.
- If you do not remember your username or password, click on the “Forgot your username?” or “Forgot your password?” links found on the login page to retrieve your username or reset your password.
- This information will be sent to the security email you entered when creating the account.
- If your email has changed since you created your account, please contact your home school to retrieve your username or reset your password. Once you are logged in, you can update your security email under the user menu settings.
