Templates: Fold Orders

To ensure program, booklet and brochure orders are set with a gutter margin to fold properly, the following templates are available for you in Microsoft Publisher (PUB) format.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD + USE A TEMPLATE:

  1. Find the template you wish to use and click on the corresponding image below.
  2. BE SURE TO DESIGN YOUR PROJECT WITHIN THE PRESET MARGINS.
  3. Save the Publisher file for future use.
  4. Then, either print your document to submit as a hard copy by mail OR export the document as a PDF to submit as a digital file by email.
    For program or booklet orders:

    • you must print in booklet format to ensure pages are in correct order for printing
      (the templates available on this page are preset with this option selected)
    • to save as a PDF in booklet format, you must print to a PDF by selecting “Microsoft Print to PDF” or “Adobe PDF” depending on your printer options
